Survivor Winner

Over the years Guy has been asked to compete in most of the celebrity TV shows – dancing, singing, cooking & Big Brother to name a few.
There was only one that he had any interest in – Survivor!
He & his family have been massive fans of the reality TV show forever.

He got his chance, when asked to compete in the second Australian season of Survivor in 2007, that was held in Vanuatu.

Guy had 2 months to prepare for the grueling month-long competition. As he has always done during his sporting career, he set himself a training program to give himself the edge over the competition.

This included finding a Brisbane man that had lived in the jungles of Vanuatu with the locals for two years. The knowledge he learnt from him, including what you can & can’t eat & where to find the food were all advantages he had over the competition.

“It ended up being one of my most memorable times in his life and in the end I outwitted, outplayed & outlasted the competition to be the sole Survivor!”
